O.O oh wow
Oct. 18th, 2005 04:26 pmI got definitive proof that the self imposed diabetic diet, along with thyroid hormone replacement is working. I thought a lot of my clothes were hanging loose because they were old and worn. Turns out it's because they are 3 sizes too big. Tried on a dress at one of my favorite stores, and my jaw almost hit the floor. Picked one out of the three colors available. Anniversaries are coming up soon, so I put one on lay-away (aka LayBy here). I will always be hourglass figure, but it's looking good.
Got a 5 meter USB cable for my DSI. The 1.8 just isn't long enough for when I am swinging/pivoting the telescope for a different section of sky. Also got a much more stable card table for the laptop. Might have to write in big, bold letters... MINE to keep the male mitts off of it.
Finally found a book I had been looking for around here for months. Wonder how long I will have to wait to find her newest one.
