Mar. 25th, 2008 09:33 amBush: U.S. sacrifices 'laid foundations for peace'
President Bush Monday said U.S. deaths in Iraq had "laid the foundations for peace for generations to come," one day after the military announced its 4,000th death since the war started.
Foundation for 'peace'? For peace?? What f&%$ing parallel universe is he in??? He has laid the foundation for an never ending war with his illegal invasion of Iraq!
What sacrifices did he make? Did either of his beer swilling daughters go to Iraq? What child did he have to bury? What husband, brother, uncle, father, son, daughter, sister, mother, aunt did he bury? What family member of his came back with severe injuries, only to languish in a hospital ward that could have been closed for being unsafe?
None, no, none, none, none!
He
Sacrificed
NOTHING

Dec. 6th, 2007 06:35 amBush to Iran: Come clean on nukes
U.S. President George W. Bush has said Iran's nuclear program is still a problem, after Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad declared a U.S. intelligence report that downgraded Iran's nuclear threat "a declaration of victory."
Bush called on Tehran to suspend nuclear enrichment that it says is for civilian purposes but that the U.S. leader says could covertly be converted for military use.
Ahmadinejad said this week's U.S. National Intelligence Estimate saying Iran had stopped nuclear weapons work in 2003 was vindication.
Substitute WMDs for Nuclear Problem, and it's second verse, same as the first. No WMDs, No Nuclear Bombs. And I don't for a second believe the NIE report only JUST told Bush that there were no nukes in Iran.

Dec. 1st, 2007 06:37 pmPresident Bush: Faith key to international AIDS fight
MOUNT AIRY, Maryland (CNN) -- U.S. President George W. Bush on Friday stressed the role of faith-based groups in the fight against AIDS, calling the struggle one of conscience and morals on the eve of World AIDS Day.
This is such a load of shit. Keeping people ignorant with 'faith based abstinence only' programs only increased the teen pregnancy and STD rates.
Someone needs to remind Bush that he put his hand on the bible and swore to uphold the laws and the constitution, not his hand on the constitution and swore to uphold his damned bible!

If you aren't sure if it's torture, I suggest you do what Former Acting Attorney General Levin did. While he was a candidate for AG he voluntarily subject himself to the procedure. He did it, knowing he wasn't going to die (unlike the waterboarded 'prisoners'). He came away from it shocked, shaken and terrified, and with the deep conviction that yes, waterboarding is torture. Said it was the most nightmarish thing he had ever been through. When he publicly stated this, and informed the Bush Regime of his findings, he was summarily dismissed from his post, and no longer considered for the job.
Bush went through the possible people for the post, dismissing any who dared sully his agenda with the truth, until he got a YESMAN. Now he is trying to do it again.

Oct. 23rd, 2007 07:39 amBush wants another $42 billion for wars
Doesn't want Americans to have health care cuz the country can't afford it...But wants another $42 billion for his illegal endeavor in Iraq.
Skewed priorities, anyone?

Oct. 8th, 2007 06:13 pmUsing the character 'Jack Bauer' as their excuse for torture? And using '24' as their reasons for what is being done? Have they so totally lost grip with reality that they can't remember that '24' is a frigging TV Show aka Fiction???
Torture via FOX: The Jack Bauer principle for very serious people
