Listening to the Voices in My Head

But I now have an ankle brace/support on my left ankle. Not overly comfortable, as it presses onto the bruises on my shin, but at least my ankle isn't rolling and swelling up even more.

Got one to wear during the day and a 'night time' one to use as a compression bandage to reduce the swelling.

and I can feel it. Problem is I waited and waited, ad infinitum almost, waiting for aikidomayland and my son to lend a hand or do do some of the chores. It took me a day to clean the bedroom (this includes washing clothes, folding etc etc, vacuuming, getting rid of garbage and putting things away). By the time I was done, I was done in.

Today wasn't much better. More vacuuming, more laundry, and I have cooking dinner to look forward to.

On the plus side, I am wearing ankle splint/brace to prevent spraining the ankle or foot again.
