Errands and such

anysiaHopped on e-scooter, and Alan got on the e-bike and away we went to the shops. The e-bike and e-scooter come in so handy. Unlike regular push bikes, we can carry parcels or bags and not struggle to get them up all the hills where we live.
The 'new' hand mixer I had gotten is just too fast. Even on the slowest speed, it throws things up and out. Not only that, the pumpkin pie filling I had made had to sit for close to 15 minutes to 'de-froth' before I could bake it. Unfortunately aikidomayland threw the box and receipt away so I can't return it. So, got another one. With luck, slow mixing will be slow.
Alan visited the barber, and looks a helluva lot better. He was beginning to look like sheepdog. Much better now.
After micro pillage of some ingredients I will be needing for baking (yes, still at it) we went to lunch at Yoko's. Sashimi.... yum!
Now I must get motivated
