Poured into a gold swimsuit, Make Me A Supermodel winner Jen Hunter looks as if this outfit was custom-made for her.


I think the 'professional' judges need to get a reality check, promoting the image on the right as a '"sensational" body for modeling'.


In any 3rd world country, if anyone looked like the girl on the right, she would be called malnourished and starved (because she is.) She looks miserable too. Maybe she would look and feel better if she had a sammich.

Jeeeez! What shocks me most is that the size 12 woman - who is by no means overweight or has any spare fat rolls around tummy, waist or anywhere - is branded "curvy" and "voluptuous". I mean, size 12 is big now? When I was 40 kgs less, I was at my lowest weight ever (in my grown-up life) and I was wearing a size 12 around the top and a 40 around the bottom. Mind you, at that time I was borderline anorexic - not underweight in terms of BMI but maybe related to my body frame. I could only maintain that weight (40 kgs less than now) because I would rarely eat and purposely leave leftovers on my plate wherever I ate.

And I was already "curvy" and "voluptuous"? Good lord!

I mean, the right woman has a completely different body frame and probably would not be "curvy" even if she gained 5 stone. It is just that she is looking anorexic and she probably is. I have seen naturally thin women, but they always have a healthy glow about them and do not seem starved.
