Even after 8 years

anysiaSaying summer, December, and Christmas in the same sentence jangles the synapses. (looks at small clipped on desk fan) And needing that in December is still rather a novelty to me.
Trying to get ambitious enough to get holiday gifts wrapped up. Not looking forward to bending over too low a table to get the job done.
Today Aikidomayland takes Alan to TAFE to enroll again. I have laid the law down the rules and regs. Monday through Friday, he isn't to go gallivanting with his friends at all. Friday Night, all day Saturday, and up until Sunday evening he can hang out with his buddies, but he is to be back Sunday evenings. I understand he failed part of the course last year because of vicious flu that lasted 4 weeks because of his asthma, but he 'got by' the others barely. No more.
I want to punt the neighbors dog again. It's been out back barking for the last (looks at the clock) 90 minutes.
