I am a wreck. Missing PT last week was bad enough, but missing it because of a cold/flu was just extra millstone. I am feeling every stretch, lift, pull, lunge, and squat.

Of course me going up one step to do the deep squats so the water was under my knees and I was pretty much lifting full body weight up from a 'controlled butt down to the heels, then lift slowly to upright position' is probably why my left leg is quivering even now, 2 hrs later. Also did some single lifts to the toes of left foot, and a controlled slow return to flat of foot. So, my quads are vibrating, my shins are burning, and my gluts are all in a slight state of protest right now.
