Wonderful workshop!
Sep. 6th, 2005 04:38 pmJust got back from holding a workshop at the Aqua Jetty in Rockingham for the Y.W.C.A. Encore program,and I have to say it was one of the most satisfying workshop we ever held. None of this flouncing around, and then bragging "I had so and so here" or "I spoke to so and so", but real women with real life issues.
We were warmly welcomed, and any and all infomation we shared was appreciated. We were give T-shirts by the coordinator. *beam*
Have to say one thing: The drivers in Rockingham are abysmal. Where the hell did they learn driver courtesy, or just simple driving technique? I was told that with a few exceptions, that is how most people in Rockingham behave, whether in a car or not.
