Cold is hanging on tenaciously. Skipped P/T today. I really don' think some of the seniors and recovering surgical patients would appreciate a cold/flu.
Headphones decided to crap out, no warning. Also the vcr decided to not power up anymore. It has basically become a large flat clock. Use it as a pre-amp for the dvd player, to feed the audio out to the stereo. *sigh*
Replaced headphones, and got myself a new set of good screwdrivers, not those cheap-tips-bend-easily ones that aikidomayland got before. Will check around for a replacement vcr if it isn't cost effective to have it fixed.
Been doing yardwork with heavy garden rake. One day of rain, and the grass/weeds that was removed started sprouting again. Tore them out with the rake, and exposed their roots. That should take care of it... well that batch of them. As long as I keep on top of the new growth, the yard won't be retaken by the weeds and high grass again.
