Jambalaya, with shrimp (prawns to you Aussies) and Ling fillets broken into chunks and mixed in. This will be aikidomayland's first try. I think he is gonna love it.

Next week.. gumbo.

Have you been to that New Orleans restaurant?? If you haven't, you really need to go. The place is full of awesome. :)
