Recreating recipes

We went to Friends restaurant for our a/b/b, and were served a absolutely delicious broccoli and parsnip soup. It was so good, I decided to try to recreate it at home. I need one of those hand puree tools, as my food processor doesn't quite blend it to uniform texture (has a few bits of florets visible) but it tastes exactly like what we had at Friends. And it was too simple to make.
