Peter is still hiding out in Ireland, and develops a relationship (ok, snogfest) with Caitlin. Someone starts asking about him on the docks, Elle, who can send lightning bolts from her hands. She confronts Caitlin's brother in the pub. We see her shooting a heavy bolt toward him.
Monica finds out it's not just tomato roses, or muggers she can tackle after seeing it on TV. She wants more out of life, and feels trapped due to Katrina wrecking New Orleans. Michah shows her she isn't alone, and they figure out what her talent is. Muscle Mimic. Whatever she sees being done, she can mimic it.
Molly is very ill, as the bogeyman backtracks as she locates him for Parkman. Parkman and Nathan head off to Philly to find him, only to have Parkman and Nathan get trapped in their own worst nightmares by Parkmans' father. Molly get sicker, so Suresh is forced to take her into the company's medical facility. He is given a job by Bob. During the giving of the assignment, Nkki comes storming out and jacks Bob up on the wall. Niki believes she is there for her own good. Suresh tries to convince her to leave, that she is a prisoner.
Ando takes the mini-scrolls to an expert to have the writing enhances so they can be read. Imagine the experts' reaction when he sees "Ando" as the opening word on them.
Poor Hiro, he is being whipped into shape by Kensei, and is whipping Kensei into shape at the same time. Lots of unrequited affection Hiro has for Yaeko, the Swordsmiths' daughter. They will be taking on "White Beard" to rescue Yaekos' father, as soon as they can figure out how to get past his army.
Parkman and Nathan, locked into their own nightmars, don't realise they are beating the crap out of each other, until Parkman 'reads' Nathan, and tries to wake him up from the induced nightmare, and succeeds.
Suresh heads down to New Orleans to talk to Monica.
Elle calls her 'boss' to tell she used 'a little persuasion', then admitted she killed Caitlins' brother. She is ordered home. "Sorry, Daddy, it won't happen again."
Peter is in the throes of the "Isaac Mendez" talent, and starts painting, showing him and Caitlin next to a church. She gets phone call, and they find her brothers' body charred to ash. She is understandably upset. Peter vows to find them, that they can't hide. They can't hide.
