What's wrong with this cops 'report'?

Armed men, several cruisers and swat teams, descend upon an Amish school house, totally forgetting about 5 girls being murdered by an armed man who descended on an Amish school house, and are surprised the door was locked? And that the children inside were terrified the cops were going to shoot them?
To me, it sounds like Sheriff Abdalla is making up a pile of bull$hit to cover his ass. An Amish bishop threatening to kill? Amish, who don't have guns, nor would use the, threatening to kill armed cops? Since they don't have telephones, it must have been done face to face, and if the Amish bishop spoke in heated words, why didn't the cop arrest him then and there? Oh pulllEEEEZE! I personally think this Deputy Dawg deliberately showed up over armed to cause a terrified reaction.
Amish? Threatening to kill? I think this cop has a green statue for sale in a NY harbor. :p
