Went for a swim at the rec center today. Felt great. I found out my left leg is still weak, as I kept swimming into the lane dividing rope to my left. I had to make sure to use my left leg a bit stronger to go straight. Managed three laps. Not bad considering the last time I did any swimming was almost 7 yrs ago. Did some more exercises and stretches. Was there over an hour. I just know I am going to be feeling it tomorrow.

Came home, and was good. Had tuna dressed with olive oil, celery seed and onion on a croissant. Yum.
