anysiaI was wondering why I wasn't getting tripped while making Portuguese chicken tonight for dinner. It seems that Keito, our 4 yr old cat, shoved the pet door open, even though I had chocked it shut, and Loki made good his escape.
When I saw that open pet door I felt cold panic. No no no no no.
Keeping my voice calm, I did the usual 'call the kitten' noises, and thank the PTB, Loki came around the front of the house to me.
I have reblocked the pet door with sturdier items.
Pardon me while I wait for my blood pressure to come down.
