Where does the time go
Apr. 2nd, 2004 04:35 pmGot a lot accomplished today. Ran off 300 copies of our flyers, as requested. Will deliver them to the 'hander outer' either tomorrow, or sometime during next week. Also have another advert poster ready.
Pitstopped at Dawsons' Nursery. Picked up 3 pots, a 50lb bag of potting mix, and some organic bug spray. Spent the afternoon digging up my rosemary and this pitiful lavendar plant, and rehousing them in pots of good moist soil. Then transplanted the newly bought lavendar plant into a new home too. After the rosemary was repotted, I moved it to a bright sunny spot. The poor thing.. my neighbor has a ficus (f*cking ficus according to many people) ground planted, and overshadowing the old herb garden. The rosemary was growing out over the sidewalk in a bid to get some sunlight. Well, not only is it in a nutritious mix, but in the sunlight it needs. The old lavendar I dug up had that opposite problem. Too much direct sunlight and not enough shade. Fixed that quick fast and in a hurry. Spread the remainder of the potting mix into my dragon tree, orange tree, and chile plants. That will give their soil a nice boost.
Time for me to have a bit of a relax. Ahh job well done.
