Some time for me

Taking a small break from worry and everything. So tired. I swear taking care of an injured kitten is more exhausting than caring for babies. I speak from experience.

Fuzzball is feeling better, and is right now watching TV. Need to get a nature flick about birds or something else equally feline engaging. The pet insurance policy arrived yesterday. No more surprises like this.

He has made Case of the Month at South Street Vet. They got the details of his fall a bit wrong, but the seriousness of the fracture isn't wrong. Graphic image of his leg being operated on.

aikidomayland's back is bothering him again, but he refuses to take a break from aikido. I have been telling him for 2 weeks to make appointment with Leo the Physio, but he kept putting it off. Now his right foot is dragging the toes again. :/ He has an appointment next week. I am trying to convnce him he does not want to go through what I did last year. Oh so stubborn man.

But he is doing so much better. The biggest reason I posted the "Case of the month" page is I wanted the kind people who helped me by getting cards and laminated prints that it was for real, and not a scam. :)

THe little sneak keeps trying to hide under futon, or behind me, or in the pet carrier so he can chew on the itchies! (gnaw on stitches) Had to take the lampshade off, as he was just too wild to keep it on, and was in danger of hurting himself. *sigh*

Not to worry... I am certain, beyond all doubt, that all the good energy from well wishers is making the little hairball heal up fast. :)
