Rain, Archery, cellphones, and lunch

anysiaWe managed to slip in between two bouts of rain for 6 ends of archery. I laughingly told aikidomayland that I didn't do too well. He just gave me 'The Look'.
Headed to the freeway and the rain started in. You would think people who own silver or grey cars would have enough grey matter to put their lights on in such weather. Almost got broadsided by someone who thought headlights, turn signals and proper lane changes were just for mere mortals, and not himself.
There was also the braintrust text messaging someone while driving 100kph. *boggle* I told aikidomayland to let the guy get good and far in front of us.
Foo Gwai was insanely busy today. Some people said they had been waiting for over 30 minutes for a table. Of course they had a large party and didn't book in advance. Anyone having a group of 2 to 6 people got seated in 10 minutes or so. Pork buns were properly sacrificed to akire-yta.
Came home and cranked off an email to one of our archery friends who is very interested in the electric scooter I got for bebopping around town.
