Dusting off the Tribal Jewelry
Mar. 19th, 2004 12:55 pmActually, recoating it with the craft laquer Mrs. T. suggested last year. That stuff works a marvel, no green, blue or black smudges from the gilit metal anymore. It does have to be reapplied because it does wear off with repeated wearing of the jewelry, but it only takes a few minutes to recoat it.
Been getting a lot done today so I can have the weekend free to do as we want. We have been invited to ARS MAGICA session but my head really isn't into it right now. I have too much to get done with the Relay For Life performance. That and I am still a bit miffed at the GM and his wife for their rude handling of Wings' birthday party invitation, and their showing up when everyone was packing up to leave. Especially when GM is supposedly one of Wings oldest friends. Not impressed, not one iota. But the biggest reason for me not wanting to go this weekend is just getting everything ready for the 27th. Wing is welcome to go (actually I would like him to go, because he has terrible habit of interrupting me when I am at a critical part of sewing something. He has yet to learn to leave me alone when he hears the sewing machine working).
Well, back to domestic work! Have to make a Pineapple Upside Down cake for a BBQ tomorrow, and make something special for our Kaniggit in Shining Gi. :)
