Jealous, jealous, jealous.

We were stuck with cloudy skies the whole time. Well, possibly I spotted it on the Monday at sunrise (on my way to an exam) but, given my location at the time (under the flightpath of the airport) I kept thinking I might have been looking at an airplane contrail.

Then again, comparing these photos to what I did see from the train, maybe I did manage an eyewitness view. *brightens*

PS missing you over at the other place, but I remember from your postings here you'd been laid low with some kind of crud atop the usual physio demands. *hugs* to you. And great pictures!

Yeah, December holiday time wasn't great for me. Just a run of food poisoning one week, stomach flu the following week, then a nasty chest cold/flu the week after that. I do seem to be on the mend. :D

I still have other shots to go though. The wind was extremely gusty, and I ended up using someone as an 'anchor/eq10 mount" to help keep camera steady. So I 'cheated' by making a video clip. :)

There is still time to see it. Didn't have too much luck last night, as there was clear skies last night, with the notable exception of where the comet would come up. Joy. *sigh* will try again tonight.
