Last day of the Year

anysiaAnd it doesn't really feel any different than any other day.
Spent a wonderful evening with Mrs. T, her brother in law Verne, and her son Steven. They are such a great group of peoples. :)
Today we will be taking akire-yta out to Foo Gwai for a 'bon voyage' sorta lunch. Ahh, to commiserate about no more dinners/get togethers at R.D.M. No more rating fireworks over the river. (Was that an exploding umm nevermind) I will try not to make it a melancholy time, as it is a celebration. And she will be the First Guest riding in the NEW CAR! (And yes, I expect you to inhale deeeeeply the scent of NEW CAR).
Note to aikidomayland... make sure I have opened not just the shade on the sunroof but the glass window of the sun roof too before you decide to do a "muppet cheer". It will save your knuckles a hard knock. *chuckle*
So, I guess I will be spending the last day/night of the new year with family and good friends. :) Can't think of a better way to spend it, can you?
