All Graphic programs are not created equal

I wish I could find just one that would do everything I wanted. I use 3 different ones, for various reasons. One is perfect for adjusting for lighting and correction/editing, and repeat editing functions, but is lousy at selecting and cropping. The one good at selecting and croping is next to useless for editing/correcting, but it has better compression than the other two I use (example, saved a 227k jpg saved with the first program, to 109k without losing any quality). Yet another is perfect for making 'stitiched' together montages (like a contact sheets or photo arrays) and printing all formats out, which the other two suck at, but can't read gifs, and has cludgy clumsy editing tools. Oh well, between the three of them, I get the job done.
