Sometimes I hate being right

Yesterday, I thought I might have over done things, and it seems that I did. P/T was rather ummm brutal. Some of the stretches and exercises were out and out painful to do. But I did them, and am looser and more limber for it. Another good nights sleep should put me to rights.

Must remember to use Un-son, Robin, for more yard work if my son isn't around.

I did yard work yesterday. There is a fine line here between just having leaf litter in your yard, and your yard becoming a fire hazard (if you have been hearing on the news about the fires in Australia, they aren't exaggerated). it was just too much, and my back/hip was screaming blue bloody murder.
