anysiaEver do a series of therapeutic stretches that sounded off like gunshots every time you did one? I am very sore, but a helluva less stiff and immobile.
Going to take the little red car out to the car yard to see about its' trade-in value. aikidomayland is a bit pouty about it, but as I told him he has already had is midlife crisis early, and he has had his little red sports car, and it's time to move on. Will try to stay awake for that as I am totally hashed from session today, and from doing other things around the house.
