Reassessed

Damien said he is 'extremely pleased' with the progress i have made in the past few months. I have corrected Liz's erroneous exercises, and have done well. Still having problem with right hip/back area and it turns out it's because of habitual favoring of the left leg. I keep leaning all weight to the right leg. Once I break that habit all should be fine there. He said give it another 3 months and I will have almost no barriers to any activities (other than hard impact things like sky diving, bungie jumping etc) anymore. :)
