Blew off PT, due to fever, cough, sneezing and general acheyness. I have managed to go almost 2 yrs without getting so much as the sniffles, but I am laid low right now. grrr Can't sleep, neighbors dog won't STFU

Pardon me while I give myself whiplash sneezing. .

I have, on many occasions, sprained ribs from constant sneezing. I am a chronic hay fever sufferer and have to be very careful as to how I hold myself when sneezing.
