The week caught up with me

anysiaHad a helluva time trying to drag my sorry self out of bed this morning. Felt as if I could have used another 8 hrs down time. Went pillaging, and then a rather useless trip to Black Stump archery supply. Got there and the guy was closing down. The drive in warm sunny weather just sapped the last of my energy. Came home, tried to keep eyes propped open (watched Spike Lees' "When the Levees Broke, Requiem in 4 Chapters") , then just gave up and crashed for a few hours.
aikidomayland did take me out for lentils and curry last night. Was very nice.
Don't know about archery tomorrow, seeing as it's supposed to rain. I could always use 'Charlemagne' in wet weather. aikidomayland might pout a bit, but he can use his Kodiak, or Red Wing. We shall see.
Menu tonight, salmon steaks. Seasoned rice (dammit, forgot to get capers). Oh well, I have other ways to make rice compliment the flavor of salmon.
