Abuse Excuse, Round Ad infinitum

Again, with the making of "It's not my fault because I was (insert action here) when I was young, and it festered until I decided to do something bad."

This guy went to an Amish school, let all the little boys go, and trussed up all the little girls 13 and under. He brought supplies so he could sexually molest these little girls. And when that didn't go according to plan, he shot them in the head, and then killed himself when he realised he wasn't going to get away with it.

This wasn't a 'he snapped and ran amok'... this was planned out.

I grieve for the families of those little girls.

And on an aside, that sick POS 'Reverend' Fred Phelps* was going to crash their funerals, spouting his "it's all your fault because you are a bunch of Godless Sodomites!" bullshit. Fast thinking DJ offered him air time if he abstained.

The Amish... Godless? Talk about missing the mark.

*If this man is a 'man of God', I'm Virgin Mary, and Jesus is in the other room snoring.

I'd like to see Phelps buttonholed on the air/tape sometime. He was blaming it on Gov. Ed Rendell, who has spoken out against Phelps' church/movement; Phelps is saying that this is God's punishment for what the Governor did; you think that if God wanted that message to get through He'd select targets more directly linked with the offense against Him.

Why, no, the Rev. Philips is God's chosen spokesman.

Orchidectomy would seem to be too mild. But if he keeps on after military funerals like he has been, he may unexpectedly find himself on a trip to Heaven. Or somewhere.

Phelps goes about rejoicing in death because AMERICANS ALLOW godless sodomites, the people being buried are just.. you know smitten - as it were. He and his kin show up to point out to AMERICA, YOU GODLESS SODOMITES that its our fault.

Insane people can plan too, you know. They aren't all gibbering idiots. Although nothing in childhood is an EXCUSE for what someone does, it can be an EXPLANATION. There is a difference.

Everyone always goes "why why why" then, when they are told "thats no excuse" Of course it isn't, but it *is* why.

At least he got himself. A trial would have torn the community to shreds. I just hope the guy's family has the wherewithall to move. He had LITTLE GIRLS.
