Lazing on a Sunday afternoon?

Don't I wish.

Archery at Wembly. Some bright spark decided to have an on the spot in club competition. Uhh no thanks, not in the mood for it, thankyousoverymuch. aikidomayland and I steered clear of it by not putting our names in the draw for 'archery partners'.

Headed off to Fandomedia afterward. Had a great gabfest with halspacejock. I even got to hear the skinny about his new book, "Just Desserts" (which he was proofing) and the section he read was funny as all hell. Can't wait for it to make it to the shelves.

Renewed subscription to 'Andromeda Spaceways' too. Got some other books to read while I was there. Made our goodbyes to everyone (poor mynxii, it was a Hi, hi, bye see ya soon) , and came home.

Oh yes, I was right, I did leave my wallet on the futon with my passport. Such is life. Probably kept me from buying just about every book there!
