[livejournal.com profile] jedi_nightwolf, [livejournal.com profile] rayjaysuyin and [livejournal.com profile] shadoutcarver have turned me to a rather quirky new SciFi channel show titled "Eureka". Watching the pilot, and it's ok. They told me it gets better in the next episode, some of the rough patches and character hiccups fixed up.

X-Files meets Sliders meets Area 51 meets Event Horizon meets SG1 . (No joke on the last one, I spotted quite a few artifacts/props that were used in SG1) It pulls it off without being too overly complex, but complex enough to keep your interest. It's pretty good so far.

I found I like the series after the two episodes that I have seen. It is kinda funny.

The strange thing is seeing places that you have seen in stargates being used. :)

I just saw Ep #2. It's a keeper. I want S.A.R.A.H.!
