And I have actually felt and seen a huge improvement from last week, so I know the new regimen of exercises are working. I didn't have to sit down and wait for pain/cramping muscles to stop hurting several times today. I did pay attention to any sort of ache or trouble, and made note of it. I feel tired, due to a total of 4 hours worth of walking around, but that is ok. Will tell Damian about the tight tendons when I see him Monday.

_meegan_ knew of a clothing store that made clothes for real shaped/sized women. Turns out I am still stuck between sizes. 18 too big, 16 just a wee bit too snug. Got two pairs of jeans made for hips and butts.
