anysiaWent to Sunset Coast Archery today. Chris has been entertaining us with bringing different items to mount onto the target faces. This week, it was Garfields' buddy Odie. A stuffed one about 6 inches tall, 2 inches wide. I tell you, having something small to focus and target on makes you really fine tune your aim. As Chris said, if you aim large, you miss large (about the gold area of the targets) but if you aim small, you also miss small.
Went to Foo Gwai for lunch and once again raised a porkbun in honor of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
akire_yta. Their new chef is working out, but still needs to adjust some of his cooking methods on a few of the items.
Came home, and kicked back a bit.
By request ofaikidomayland I have made another cheesecake. Invention recipe, Mango/Vanilla. Nothing like fresh fruit/fruit juice in a dessert. It's in the oven now. Smells great. Will post recipe if it comes out as good as it smells. OH yeah, forgot to mention, used Light Cream Cheese and Sugar substitute to make it not so umm indulgent.
