Yesterday I was hobbling around, after effect of the silly twit who slammed into me Sunday. I was worried that all the good works I had managed to do the past few weeks had been set back by her.
Turns out all I got was a sore back out of it from the jolt. All the improvements on leg strength and back are still there. Hurt like hell do DO the exercises, but I could do them.
