Push push push! I am both determined and stubborn (is there really a difference?) to get back up to snuff. [livejournal.com profile] aikidomayland's mom keeps telling me not to work so hard. I inwardly roll my eyes, and say nothing. I don't need to coddle myself, I need to work myself. She either can't or won't understand that. She means well, but she can be too intrusive.

Before next session, I am going to ask Liz what else I can do to both loosen and strengthen the left calf muscle a bit more. Or a bit quicker.

Have you tried heel lowers for the calf muscle? I've been doing them a lot lately myself because my calves have been giving me particular trouble. My worst two muscles seem to be my calves & hamstrings - or at least the tightest with least range of motion.

Yah, I am doing the calf stretches, but just wondering if there is more I can do. Probably not, but hey, never hurts to ask.:) Just hurts to DO! heh
