anysiaPost surgical recovery + Rainy weather + 60 minutes HydroTherapy = Did someone get the number of the bus that slammed into me? Came home, ate lunch, went to bedroom just to 'stretch out for a while', next thing I knew it was 3 hrs later.
Signed up for 3 month membership at the pool. Figure if I am going to go more than twice a week, it's cost effective. Depressing thing is a lot of the others that go there keep on about how they have been having to go there for years after their back surgery. I sure as hell hope not.
