have been through a Mixmaster with boxing gloves for blades.

I do tend put to push myself as far as I can. I have to if I want my leg to regain its' strength.

On a slightly depressing note: I had been telling aikidomayland for months that I needed a few of my rings resized because I lost weight, and they would end up falling off and getting lost. (looks at nekkid finger) Also been mentioning strongly I need new glasses. It seems even the lens falling out of the frame isn't getting through to him.

Edit Found my ring!!! Yay! Will be bringing them down to jeweler ASAP to have them resized.
