Progress report

anysiaI know it's not a big thing in the grand scheme of things, but it's in the right direction. I was able to stand on my left foot and raise the heel about a half inch off the floor. It's not much, but hey, it's a start.
Been thinking about family and friends that I left behind in the states, and am feeling a bit lost and lonely without them.
In no order of importance, these people are on my mind: Paul, Rachel, Mikey, Marilyn, Rob, Max, Stephanie, Marv, Colin, Jason, Aunt Elnore (d), Uncle Al (d), Mark, Cory, Kristine, Gary, Bob, Lisa.
