I was ok after the archery shoot yesterday. Leg felt a bit heavy, leaden, but there was no real pain to speak of whatsoever. Decided to give Sunset Coast a miss today, just to be safe.

Foo Gwai for lunch is a must.  ;)  Porkbun dutifully sacrificed to akire_yta.*urp*

Went to Garden City and got an aerobic step, so I can give my left calf a really good stretch a few times a day.  Walked around there for a half hour or so. 

Been trying to figure out why my Toshiba PPC and my Visor refuses to sync with the laptop. Voq Smart phone does, but since I was rather forced to upgrade the activesync (had to for the smartphone) I have been having trouble getting the PPC/Visor to sync properly. I finally beat the PPC into submission by synching via the ir.  Slllooooooooooooooooow.  Maybe it's the cradle... I dunno. I can synch them both to the main desktop, though.
