Lesson of life

anysiaHad a great time at an "End of Fiscal Year" party with hubbys' company, but I did learn a valuable lesson. "Thou shalt not wear decorative hairsticks and kuchi choker at the same time" As silly as this might sound, it was a painful after the fact lesson.
I had my hair braided, and nicely put up, held in place by the sticks. Was comfortable and nice. The kuchi choker looked very striking with the outfit being worn. What I didn't count on was the limo seating. I couldn't sit back, due to the hairsticks, so had to sit ramrod straight. That coupled with the weight of the choker for several hours last night, resulted in me having a helluva pain in the neck today! (and no, don't mean the spawn or hubby hehehe)
