Listened Attorney General Alberto Gonzales saying the use of secret wiretaps isn't part of a domestic spying program, and not illegal. Someone should clue him into the fact that just saying something doesn't make it true. According to him only calls originating from OUTSIDE the US will be subject to spying. Yes, I know the US was attacked, 9/11, but they have to got STOP using that as an excuse to rewrite the constitution to suit their political and financial agendas. Just because Shrub mentioned it to Congress does not mean he got Congressional backing for this.

These short sighted Dubya buttkissers don't bother to see that any or all prosecutions might just be tossed out of court due to Judges deeming the information garnered was gotten through illegal means. Also, they are turning the US into a police state.
