Ebay Seller to avoid

I bought an item from this person, a 7 port USB hub. Paid for it the second I won the auction. Was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. I waited until the 23rd of November, and when it hadn't arrived, I emailed the seller. Seller said 'just give it a bit of time because of the upcoming holidays, the mail might be slow." So I did. When Dec 7th slid around, and it still hadn't arrived, the sellers excuse was 'maybe it was in customs'. I called Customs, and the post office..nothing being held. What the seller was doing unbeknownst to me, was stonewalling until the deadline for my getting Paypal from removing said monies from the sellers account and crediting to mine.

So I again emailed the seller...ignored. Dispute opened, seller left lame excuse that it was posted, but NO TRACKING NUMBER! Seller is to say the least, uncooperative. An outright crook that refuses to send another item if their shoddy mailing system fails.

The whole mess just pisses me off. This is the only seller I have tagged with negative feedback, lodged a complaint with both ebay and paypal. And I have been a member of ebay for almost 8 years.

Put yours up and I will snag it and crosspost it on all(counts)5 weblogs.
Deadjournal, Myspace, Freindster, Tribe dot net, and here. These idiots need to learn "Thou shalt not fuck over a blogger."
