Holiday dinner
Dec. 25th, 2005 09:04 amTurkey, all 6.5 kilos of it, is cleaned, and ready for roasting. Two loaves of bread toasted and cubed, with fresh crushed herbs in my mortar to be added along with apples and walnuts as stuffing.
aikidomayland helped out with the dicing of the cube while I cleaned the turkey of feathers and got the cavity cleaned and prepped for stuffin.
