Stupid or money grubbers

Either way, they wasted my time.

The past few weeks I have been suffering, and I mean suffering, with dry gritty itchy eyes, due to allergies. Three weeks in a row I asked the people at the pharmacy if there was any eyedrops I could use to relieve the dry itchiness when I was wearing my contacts. Was told no, but was given other products to alleviate the allergy symptoms. 

I cancelled our Tropicana gig yesterday because I could not put my contacts in, as my eyes were dry and irritated.

Went pillaging today, and decided to stop in at the pharmacy to see if there was another brand of eyedrops I could use, that might not sting or just work better. Guess what I found? "ReliefContact" for contact lens wearers. I swear I had steam coming out of my ears. The young woman told me they have always had that there, but the other two people working there, including the pharmacist, sold me the OTHER crap that was ineffectual.

I hope they pay her what she's worth, because she is worth at least twice both of their salaries.

There's a pharmacy at the Inaloo shops I'm not going to any more. I had a really itchy flakey spot on the side of my heal and the pharmacist reckoned I just had really dry skin there and sold me some cream that would stop it... not only did it not work, but it got bigger, itchier and spread... I ended up going to see a foot doc and found out it was actually a really bad case of athelte's foot... grrrrr.

I recommend celluvisc, which works very well, but you may need a prescription.
