Doesn't look good for the Yucatan and western Cuba either. Honduras may be in for more flooding, after loosing hundreds from Stan.
Right now the projected track will leave the Gulf states, except for Florida, alone. If it drifts a bit further north then the Coast states would get some more rain, but almost all of Florida would be hammered, the Georgia and Carolina coast could be hit hard as well.
You're not kidding! The climate has indeed ben very strange lately! It's almost 2/3 through october, and 90% of the leaves here in N.J. are still green! I wonder if climate change from global warming is begining to show it's affects. I know the hurricanes have been worse, some scientists atribute it to only the normal cycle,but the fact that there are so many intense storms, has some of them questioning this. I know I do.
