All the live long day. Well, for a few hours anyhow.

Got a folding, very sharp pruning saw, and now it is no longer dangerous to walk along the front footpath. Have to trim some stuff next to the footpath that leads to the road.

Sogged out a peat brick, and have improved the herb garden soil, and planted two new basil plants. Packed some of the peat into the jasmine and honeysuckle pots, hoping they will recover from being chewed to the stems by pernicious black catepillars. Gave the orange tree some of it too. Then I liberally sprinkled snail/slug pellets in the garden. Th snails here are unbelievable. Some snail pellets, I think the snails snort em and just get the munchies.
