Ooo, it worked!
Aug. 15th, 2005 10:08 amI was worried that once I got my contacts in I wouldn't be able to put the nose/ear chain in. I am horribly nearsighted, and when I put my contacts in, anything within a foot of my face blurs. It was interesting how I managed to reinsert nose stud. I had to try to do it today, so I can 'trial' it before any big performances. Have to see if or how much weight/strain it will put on the nose. (shakes head) doesn't seem to be much of a bother.
Also, on a totally different thing: now that my thyroid hormone, and insulin is coming to 'normal' ranges, I have noticed a few things. More energy, the dime sized bald patches on my head (the ones I was faking according to Anne..yeesh) have grown back in, weight loss, and a teenaged complaint. I went through puberty and adolesecence with nary a problem with pimples. Now, I am sprouting em. True only a few, and easily taken care of, but still a new experience for me.
