My neighbor has a new puppy
Jul. 5th, 2005 05:29 amAnd it being what passes for winter in this area, it's a bit cool outside. And of course this little puppy is in full voice, starting around 4am. Don't really blame the puppy. If you get a puppy during the winter, you should be housing it indoors (ie garage, utility room) until the weather is warm enough to keep it outside at night. Your neighbors will appreciate not being woken up by you operatic puppy at 4am.

I've had this happen before but the dog barked late in the evenings when I was trying to relax before going to bed. Two letters in the mailbox (cause they were never home when I was), both Cc'd to the local council did the trick.
