First things first

Happy birthday, dear friend kilgates. 

Todays ConDay was a helluva lot more 'wakey wakey' than yesteryday. Mr. DeLint (call me Charles) and his partner Marianne gave us a wonderful 2 hr concert. M also let me her loverly "friendship" necklace for the masquarade.  She is such a sweet lady.

The Masq was a fun time, even though we got the news that Brain Choo will be leaving for Melbourne to study W.A. fossils.  Turns out there is no one that can teach anything about West Australia fossils so he has to go east to study about his own back yard. (scritches head in askance).  Ah well, he did say he would be be back for visits.

Lee and Lyn got hitched, and they both looked so happy.  Lee was a very sad man when I first met him but I didn't know why.  Now I know why, but so happy he has someone to make him laugh and love life again.  Lyn is a sweetie.

Got lots of pictures, and will be sending them to Charles when I get the rest of them downloaded from the camera.  Might just burn them to a CD for him.
