Whohuhwhaaa?
Oct. 29th, 2003 02:13 pmI went to get my sewing machine from the person that borrowed it from me. She was all puffed up and saying that I had to sign for it, so I couldn't come back and say I never received it. I informed her that since she didn't sign for it when she borrowed it, I am NOT signing for the return of my own property. She then said that she didn't want me coming back saying I never got it back. I rolled my eyes, turned slightly away and said "Why is it it *I* am the one that is always the 'bad guy?" I took the plastic bag off my machine while she was prattling on about what evil *I* would do if I didn't sign some quickly pasted together document, and she reached out to stop me. I again said I am NOT signing for my own property. She said that since I didn't trust her, she can't trust me. (Nothing yells THIEF louder than one trying to shift blame, if ya ask me) I said "Oh of COURSE I trust you, *****, why shouldn't I? I sent my request registered so I knew it would arrive and not go missing." She said I could have called her. Unlike C lying in front of everyone about not having MY phone number,I can honestly say that after their shoddy treatment of me because I was ill, I deleted their phone numbers from my data base that week. Since all my other requests to them have gone ignored, she is surprised I sent it registered???? (Hope they enjoy the bootlegged videos and cds they refuse to return to me. (now that they got what they could from us, then booted me out, they are no longer holding back up copies, but using bootlegged. Ain't copyright laws funny? They should have thought of that, cuz I know I sure as hell did)
Meegan said she would say she saw me retrieve my property, and then ***** demanded that Meegan sign the manufactured document. Meegan said no. All civility from ***** when out the door (we knew it was a facade anyhow) I just walked away, with my machine, saying "Have a good one, *****." several times.
Brought it home, and now its being purified and purged of negativity, within a circle of salt. Can't really stick it in running water, or bury it in soil, or purge by fire. :)

Date: 2003-10-29 12:47 pm (UTC)Well, I have my DD214, and it says honorable discharge. That means I don't take orders from anyone anymore. But I do take requests. (chuckle)
(gently pats the sewing machine case) It's comfortably ensconced in a draft free corner now. :)
