I finally got a response from Sarah, who convienently forgot she had something of mine. I find it rather unctuous on her part that she is demanding I 'sign' for it before she returns my own property (she sure as hell didn't have to 'sign for it' to borrow it, but I can prove it had just been serviced, cleaned and was in perfect working order), but the Hon. Mr. P said that I could sign it in blood, and if it's damaged, it doesn't 'abrogate her responsibility of reasonable care' of said item. IOWs, if I find it's damaged after 'signing' she has to fix or replace it, and the signed document ain't worth the paper it's printed on. As for them using my and my husbands photographs to commercially promote themselves without compensation, that is a different kettle of fish. That is copyright infringement. Or at the very least, and I quote "Damned cheeky."

On other news, it seems the heckler(Anne) at our performance.. well, let's just say HER performance at the Bazaar got her noticed... for pettiness. We have been getting nothing but positive feedback from everyone... with the notable exception of the pill that was pointing our our bobbles. Almost makes me want to buy a ticket to a certain hafla, video tape their 'structured performance', but ya know, that would be stooping to their infantile level, and my time and energy is too valuable to waste on them. And I like the people that own the studio, so would never do anything to harm them.

I did however, find out that Clair isn't as fair and even handed as she tries to pretend... the person that insulted an owner of another studio for having us train there, in a business hasn't been censured in the slightest. I guess what I had been told about Clair months ago was right. *shrug*

I am just grateful to not have to constantly watch my back.
